1. What does pre-order mean?
It is the order of a product which at the time of purchase is not yet available with us but is still in production. Production will be carried out based on the reservations collected.
Delivery is therefore deferred compared to the processing of a normal order. This purchase method will be specified on the product page.
As objects are in the production phase, the dates are to be considered indicative and will be updated in case of variations.
Once the purchase procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number.
2. Can I change my pre-order?
You have the right to request the modification of the model chosen from those on pre-order by writing to email@example.com. We will check whether the new model you have chosen is available and will contact you as soon as possible.
Once the product has been shipped it will no longer be possible to modify the order.
3. Can I cancel a pre-ordered item?
You can cancel your pre-order within 48 hours. To do so, contact us at our email firstname.lastname@example.org. I remind you to include your order number in the email. If 48 hours have already passed, the order cannot be refunded until delivery. As soon as the cancellation is approved, we will send an email confirming the cancellation.
4. Can I exercise the right of withdrawal after delivery?
You will be able to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.
